Although Chris Cagle was born in Louisiana, he moved to Houston,Texas, when he was four. He was hooked by music during his first appearance on stage at his elementary school talent show, where he sang “Greased Lightning.” “Everybody went wild and that was it,” he says.“I had to figure out a way to get more of that.”
As for his debut album, Play It Loud, Cagle says, “I tried to put as much emotion and passion into the record as possible. I want to create music that people can love to, hurt to, dance to and always want to listen to.”
