The Dixie Chicks were the big winners at last night’s 49th Annual Grammy Awards, taking home five awards for Album Of The Year, Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best Country Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal and Best Country Album.
Carrie Underwood received the Best New Artist all-genre award and also won Best Female Country Vocal Performance during the pre-show awards.
Red Hot Chili Peppers secured four Grammys and R&B princess Mary J. Blige went home with three trophies.
