The winter storm that blanketed the south didn't stop Texas singer/songwriter Zane Williams from appearing on WSMV's "Better Nashville" earlier this week. Williams was there to promote his new CD, THE RIGHT PLACE, which was produced fellow Texan Radney Foster.
