How is anyone with the Talent to do these production projects the right way ever going to get work when it is always done for free? At that point the standard is being lowered because you are always getting people who do not have the experience and the know how doing all of these projects. The cost of learning to do such projects is overwhelming at times and it makes it even worse when you are finshed and out there but can't get work because everyone is doing the work for free. Its a shame that our talents are over looked for a price tag of nothing.
